For those with surplus funds after necessities are paid, our goal is to have guests book at least 80 hotel rooms, in order to meet our hotel contract. That would be 40 rooms Friday and 40 rooms Saturday. Help us promote room rentals, invite friends from out-of-town to attend conference and our🫅👸 Drag Wars event for Saturday night.

"Check-in time is 4:00 PM. Every effort is made to accommodate delegates arriving before the check-in time; however, rooms may not be immediately available.

Check-out time is 12:00 PM. Requests to retain rooms beyond this time should be directed to the 
Front Desk. Should it be possible to extend a late check-out, a late check-out charge may be applicable."

GOOD NIGHT’S REST POLICY
"In order to ensure that all of our guests have a pleasant experience, the Doubletree by Hilton Austin does not allow parties or excessive noise in our guestrooms. Maximum occupancy in a king room is 3 guests and maximum occupancy in a double-double style room is 4 guests. This Hotel does not register rooms to anyone under the age of 18. A registered adult must be present at 
all times when there is a minor in a room. If a disturbance is created as a result of a party or excessive noise from a room the Hotel will ask that the noise cease immediately and that any un-registered guests leave the room. If the disturbance continues, we will ask the registered guests to leave the Hotel without a refund. In addition, where the unauthorized use of a guestroom 
for a party results in a significant inconvenience to another guest and/or damage to a guestroom, we reserve the right to charge your account for any loss incurred by the Hotel."
